trump      Currently, as I am sitting down, scrolling thru my Facebook, and sipping on my much needed passion tea lemonade from Starbucks, I see all of this negativity towards Donald Trump and I’m wondering to myself “Why, what did he do?”
Unless you have been living under a rock (or busy with summer classes like me) you’ve probably already know that Donald Trump is actually running for president. Yes people, the Donald is running for office! When I first found out, I actually thought it was a joke but then I read on Yahoo! that he is actually running. After I read that, my first thought was “SWEET, he can use his money to help our country get out of debt, etc.” Mind you, I had not seen his speech yet, until a couple of hours ago that I decided to look for it on YouTube, and boy oh boy do I understand now why people are pissed off.

Here is the quote that everyone seems to be talking about “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people who have lots of problems, which include ‘Drugs’ and ‘being rapists'”.

WHO IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!? Where are you getting your information from? Where does it say that ALL the people Mexico sends are drugies and rapists, Wikipedia? People Magazine and Brownsville Cheezmeh have more accuracy that you do!

Do you know why people from Mexico are coming into the United States (legally and Illegally)? They come in pursuit of a better education, job opportunities, a better life for their families, and to get away from the narcotrafficante violence . Now don’t get me wrong, I know that not every Mexican is a saint or a law abiding citizen, but shit, you don’t have to categorize every single one of us.

I was born and raised the beautiful bordertown of Brownsville,Texas (although I wish to leave to explore new places, I will ALWAYS call this place home). I’m a US Citizen and a Mexican-American. I’ve never been sheltered nor ashamed of my culture and I am damn proud of it!

If it wasn’t for us “bad Mexicans”, you would be in the fields working instead of wearing that expensive suit of yours. If it wasn’t for us “bad Mexicans”, you would be doing hard labor instead of “building” more hotels and flying in jets. If it wasn’t for us “bad Mexicans”, you would not be where you are right now. I’m pretty sure that half of your employees (at your hotels, Trump tower, home, etc.) are Mexican!

The people that come from my culture are some of the most hard working people I have ever met. They don’t care if they have to pick fruits, vegetables, cotton, or clean houses, they come to the United States in pursuit of the American dream and a better life!

You say that you’ve been in talks with our “border guards” and you hear what is happening down hear. If you think it’s common sense about what is being “sent” hear, why don’t you come down and visit the region for yourself, or are you too embarrassed to be seen or around Mexicans?

It’s only been less than a week (since I originally wrote this. I’ve done some revisions) and you’ve already pissed off half the country, especially the Latino community. You’ve lost the Latino vote! You’ve said that you don’t care about that, but when it comes down to representing Republicans, and you don’t win that vote, only then will you care.

Suing Univision? Wow is all I have to say. I hope you have fun wasting your billions and billions of dollars on that (I wouldn’t be shocked if you sue the actors/hosts of the pageant for taking a stand against you).

I do not wish any harm on you, I am just simply voicing my own opinion, which I am entitled to. Whoever reads this, please remember to watch what you say because you never know what the consequences can be.
